Towanda said that the new season will heavily feature the loss of their dear sister Traci who died at 50-years-old.

“You’re going to see never before seen pictures and video of when she was sick and when she was transitioning. And we just thought it was important to show our fans as well, because our fans have gone through the journey with us with Tracy.

“It was a loss for us, but it was a loss for our fans as well,” Towanda explained before adding, “she fought a great fight.”

“Traci definitely wanted us to come together to do this show, and one of the great things about that is that we also have included her son in the series this season.”

Traci’s son, Kevin Surratt Jr., announced his mother had died in a beautiful tribute on Instagram.

“Tracy just didn’t want to be forgotten, and we’re always going to make sure that her legacy lives on.”

Trina echoed those sentiments and added, “Traci definitely wanted us to come together to do this show, and we also have included her son in this season of the series.

“Being the Traci that she is, she just didn’t want to be forgotten and wanted to make sure her legacy lives on.”

“And especially since Traci’s transitioning, we all have emerged and grown in some, some way.”
