The country’s biggest sports leagues are divided on politics, with some pros preferring Donald Trump over Kamala Harris and vice versa for others. The WNBA is different, however, in that most top players have shown support for Harris.

Brink, who was drafted as the second overall pick earlier this year, is among Harris’s supporters. A recent announcement revealed that the Los Angeles Sparks rook will join a pro-Kamala Harris call before the election.

“Cameron is speaking on our kick-off call & we want you there,” the announcement from Hype Women For Harris reads. “She is joined by the ultimate Hype Women for Harris Squad of 20+ changemakers fighting for a more equitable world for all.”

Fans Are GettinG Behind Cameron Brink

Cameron Brink had fans hyped for Harris, too.

“If Cam Brink is in, I’m for her all the way!!!” one declared.

“She’s on the right side of history,” another claimed.

“I like her even more now!!!!” a third wrote.

“Oh hell yeah Cam!” said a fourth.

“From Aug 15th – Nov 5th, Hype Women for Harris is bringing you seven virtual events — each themed to inform, inspire and invite you to take action and do your part to help elect Kamala President,” the group’s website informs.

As noted above, several other top WNBA stars, including A’ja Wilson and Diana Taurasi, have indicated that they want Harris to become President.

Meanwhile, Cameron Brink’s rookie season ended early as she tore her ACL during a game against the Connecticut Sun in mid-June. She will hope to make up for her time spent on the sidelines next season.
