Los Angeles Sparks forward Cameron Brink has demonstrated her versatility and skills on the WNBA court even though she could only showed that for 15 games of her rookie season before suffering a torn ACL in her left knee.
Brink was averaging 7.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks per game before she suffered a non-contact injury this past June.

“I will not be derailed and I will continue to love this life,” Brink wrote in a caption capped by the hashtag #delayednotdenied after her injury. “I’m not defined by basketball, but it is something that I love deeply and I will work everyday to get back to it.”
Cameron underwent surgery to repair the ligament briefly after her injury and since then has stayed active off the court as she was added to the lineup for the 2025 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue as “one of the most captivating athletes of her generation”.
Cameron Brink gets her major from Stanford
Cameron Brink has officially graduated from Stanford with a major in Communications and to celebrate it she had a shiny photoshoot ate the university premises, one of the most prestigious schools in the country.
“Stanford has taught me so many precious lessons and introduced me to people who I can’t imagine life without. I’m feeling so blessed and proud of the woman this place has helped me become.” Brink wrote on her Instagram account.
For the photoshoot, the 6-4 forward chose a white minidress with custom white heels from the luxurious brand Stewart Weitzman to match. The images look amazing as Brink shines as a model and a very confident and powerful athlete.
“Officially graduated! So proud. So ready to keep stepping forward.” added the WNBA young star on social media. Brink helped Stanford Cardinal win its first national championship since 1992, contributing 10 points, six rebounds and three blocks in a 54-53 win over Arizona in the title game.

Caitlin Clark is set to receive a prestigious honor from the Iowa Hawkeyes on February 2, 2025 when the university will raise her number to the rafters and retire it.
The occasion will certainly be a memorable one for all those in attendance, as well as Clark, who averaged 31.6 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 8.9 assists per game in her senior season with the team.
She also became the NCAA’s all-time leader scorer in both the men’s and women’s divisions, showing just how profound her impact was on the sport during her time in Iowa.
However, with Clark’s number now set to join the likes of Megan Gustafson and Michelle Edwards in the rafters, ticket prices for the occasion have fans scratching their heads.

The game will see Iowa take on the USC Trojans, and to the surprise of nobody, there is already a huge demand for tickets.
As a result of that demand prices are hitting all-time highs, with the cheapest ticket on TickPick listed at a stunning $711. That is a huge increase on the previous lowest price, which was $283.
The figures have some fans wondering how it’s possible, and if the game should be moved to accommodate a bigger live audience.
“I would have had it in the football stadium & probably cashed out even more,” one fan wrote.
“Iowa that’s nasty work,” wrote another, who clearly isn’t a fan of the big price jump.
Another added: “Even with as good as Caitlin Clark, I still can’t bring myself to watch the WNBA.”
