Taylor Swift‘s no-show at the last two Kansas City Chiefs games hasn’t gone unnoticed. The pop star, who was seen in New York last week hanging out with friend Gigi Hadid, was again absent during the Chiefs’ win against the Chargers. Fans on social media were quick to theorize about her reasons for staying away, with some suggesting it might be linked to the couple’s rumored relationship troubles.
As Swift remained out of the spotlight, Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, captured online attention. After the Chiefs‘ away win, Nicole posted a series of eye-catching photos on her Instagram, donning a sleek black dress while out at a nightclub.
Her confident and glamorous look drew fans’ attention, and it wasn’t long before her posts were widely shared. Once a regular at Chiefs games during her relationship with Kelce, Nicole hasn’t attended games since their split.
However, her love for football hasn’t faded and after the team’s season-opening win over the Ravens, she playfully tweeted, “lol. Gotta love football,” hinting that she still supports the Chiefs.
Swifties vs Nicole
Drama soon followed when a post-game debate about Swift and Nicole heated up on X (formerly Twitter). One Swift fan compared the two women, calling Nicole a “wreck of a face” and dismissing her looks. Nicole was quick to respond, sharing the post along with a self-empowered reply: “YOU WILL NEVER MAKE ME HATE ME. Hang it upppppppp bookie.”
The social media stir began when rumors circulated that Nicole would be attending the Chiefs‘ game on Sunday while Swift would not, adding fuel to the fire about a possible Kelce-Swift breakup. “
This set off a back-and-forth between Swift and Nicole fans, who traded jabs over who was the “better” partner.
A Nicole fan responded: “I’d like to see your mug. She is very pretty. Seek help.”

Everyone had the same observation and resulting joke after finding out Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola has a younger brother.
Said sibling is in the news this week, having committed to the Cornhuskers himself, and is expected to be part of the program’s 2026 recruitment class.
Dayton Railoa announced his commitment on Sunday night. He replaced his older brother as the starting QB at Georgia’s Buford High School following his departure for college and has led them to four wins from their first five outings.
Dayton’s commitment makes him the newest Raiola to be associated with the Huskers.
The boys’ father, Dominic Raiola, played for the school from 1997-2000 before going on to spend 14 years with the Detroit Lions in the NFL.
