Taylor Swift Defends Fans Against a Team Member for 2nd Time in 1 Month

Taylor Swift always goes hard for her fans — and this time, she’s seemingly defending them against her own team.

When the pop icon went to visit patients at Kansas City’s Children’s Mercy Hospital last week — one day before her 35th birthday — she was captured on video correcting a member of her team who told fans not to share photos or videos on social media.

As seen in a video posted on Facebook after Swift’s Thursday, December 12, visit, the 14-time Grammy winner is leaving the hospital surrounded by her team as a fan thanks Swift for her time spent with them.

“Thank you for coming!” the person told the “Karma” singer, who waved back and replied, “Bye! Thank you so much!”

A member of Swift’s team then pointed to the fans and said, “No posting photos! Please don’t post the photos!”

Swift, for her part, quickly began guiding the team member away and through the doors. “It’s OK, it’s OK!” she assured the group of Swifties.

As pop culture enthusiasts know, this is the second time in one month that Swift shut down a member of her team for the sake of her fans.

When the “Anti-Hero” artist arrived at Arrowhead Stadium on November 11 — to watch boyfriend Travis Kelce and the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Denver Broncos — she was immediately greeted by photographers ready to snap her picture.

“Stay back,” the security guard ordered, which Swift promptly corrected to, “Stay back, please.”

While the “Maroon” singer scolded both the guard and the team member rather gently in each instance, there was one moment on the Eras Tour that she didn’t hold back when shouting at a security guard.

According to the fan, who later spoke to Good Morning America about the incident, said a security guard at one of Swift’s Philadelphia shows “kept telling me to stop; he kept telling me to calm down and like, not dance,” they recalled.

Swift, for her part, immediately sprung into action, yelling at the guard from the stage: “She’s fine! She didn’t do anything!”

Though Swift kept performing “Bad Blood,” she kept a close eye on the situation and yelled, “Hey, stop!” as the security guard kept harassing the fan about her excitement.
