Troubling Text Messages & Video Emerge Involving Lakers Star Christian Wood, His Baby Mama & Her Reality TV Star Friend (VIDEO + PICS)

Aside from dealing with a knee injury, Los Angeles Lakers big man Christian Wood is now in the middle of some major controversy.

A woman threatened Christian Wood via Instagram amid a dispute over a baby.

Baddies East star Tee Kissen has accused Lakers backup Christian Wood of threatening to beat her with a shovel during a dispute about the child he shares with her friend.

“My friend wanted to go to dinner, so I babysit her son all the sudden this man shows up at my house, telling me to give him his son. I never met this man a day in my life. If fumble a family and fumble a contract was a person. I would never give my friend son to somebody I don’t know at 5 am in the morning especially if they’re having a dispute.

You gotta problem call the police and that’s exactly what he did. And then threaten my life after the police showed his son safe and sound with his baby mother. Came to the door with a shovel ready to beat my head in as so he said. Thank God the baby wasn’t there this man is dangerous and not fit to be a father. @lakers @jeaniebuss @chriswood_5 I WILL SEE U IN COURT,” Kissen wrote on Instagram.

Kissen took to Instagram on Saturday to post videos and text messages of Wood at her home with a shovel, looking for his son.

Wood’s sister said that they didn’t make any calls because they didn’t want CPS to get involved in the domestic dispute. She asked people on social media to refrain from character-assassinating her brother, who just wanted to “locate” his son.

Yasmine Lopez, the mother of the child, had been arrested after she was caught jumping over his fence and vandalizing his car. The neighbors later called the police, which led to Lopez’s arrest.

Last week, the team announced that the veteran center would be reevaluated by doctors in two weeks after suffering effusion in his left knee (swelling).

The 28-year-old has averaged 6.9 points and 5.1 rebounds in 17.4 minutes across 50 games this season. He serves as the primary backup to Anthony Davis.

He’s made just one start, with head coach Darvin Ham preferring to keep him on the second unit when Davis misses time or is in foul trouble.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield and his wife Emily have had to evacuate their home this week because of Hurricane Helene.

The hurricane hit northern Florida pretty hard, causing major flooding and power loss.

Mayfield, his wife Emily, their daughter, and their dog left their residence before the storm hit as a means of caution. Emily furnished her followers with an update on Friday.

“Baker, Koko, Fergus and I evacuated yesterday and are safe,” she said via Instagram. “Our sweet, sweet community got pummeled, but even that doesn’t compare to the people up North who took this storm head on. It’s unfathomable.”

Emily is grateful that Helene did not affect the Mayfield home but revealed she was “praying nonstop” for the people dealing with the impact while also offering tangible assistance.

“I am looking for ways to get out and tangibly help,” she added. “Please send me anything you find, and I will share the good ones.”
