After securing his first NBA title last season, Jaylen Brown is ready to make another strong push with the Boston Celtics. Following his Olympic snub, Brown seems more motivated than ever, taking his training to new extremes, including intense underwater workouts.

Brown and his teammate Jayson Tatum were seen working out at the Auerbach Center on Friday, with fans buzzing over Brown’s shredded physique when images surfaced online. His dedication to fitness and preparation has not gone unnoticed by supporters

Last season, Brown showed what it takes to be a star, helping lead the Celtics to victory. He averaged 23.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 3.6 assists, earning MVP honors in both the Western Conference Finals and the NBA Finals.

With his new look and fierce determination, fans are eagerly anticipating another standout season from Brown. They speculate that the reigning MVP might once again be the key to the Celtics’ success.

Jaylen Brown Shares Insights on the Celtics’ Intense Training Camp Under Coach Joe Mazzulla

After a rigorous workout, Jaylen Brown spoke to reporters at the Auerbach Center. He offered a glimpse into the Celtics’ demanding training camp led by head coach Joe Mazzulla. Brown also revealed how Mazzulla has focused heavily on conditioning and defense in the early practices.

Training camp has been a lot of conditioning, a lot of defensive stuff, setting the tone on the defensive end, pushing ourselves. It’s been great. It’s exactly what we needed. Joe Mazzulla is a psycho in a good way. It’s probably one of the tougher training camps, first two days, that I’ve probably had in terms of intensity, conditioning level, physicality, defensive warrior mentality,” Brown said.

So I think it’ll be good for us. Now, we’re just working on building great habits, breaking habits from just being off in the summer, and working on trying to play great Celtics basketball,” he added.

With their championship aspirations in mind, Brown and the Celtics will begin the new season with a matchup against the Denver Nuggets on October 4. Securing a victory is important for Boston, especially after losing both regular-season games against the Nuggets last season.
