Caitlin Clark’s Simple Response To Sabrina Ionescu’s Olympic Admission

New York Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu recently posted a few photos recapping her experience at the 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony. The Team USA member shared the pictures of her repping the red, white, and blue, to which Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark gave a simple reaction.

Ionescu was wearing the traditional United States suit with the USA emblem and Olympic logo. She showed a few pictures of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France, while also releasing photos of her with the Team USA women’s basketball roster and NBA star Stephen Curry.

“Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony. One of the most surreal experiences I’ve been [a part] of… Blessed,” Ionescu captioned with the American flag and white heart emoji. Clark liked the post, showing appreciation for Ionescu’s message and photo gallery.

The Fever rookie has made it known that she’s inactive on many social media apps, but she showed a rare sighting with her reaction to the Liberty guard’s post.

Ionescu and Clark have been known to share a healthy relationship. They were recently seen after the 2024 WNBA All-Star game, where the two competed against each other in the event.

Clark led Team WNBA to a 117-109 victory over Ionescu and Team USA. Indiana’s young star finished the game with four points and 10 assists, while the WNBA MVP candidate punched in five points and three assists.

The Fever has also played New York four times this season, with Ionescu and the Liberty holding a 3-1 regular-season series advantage
