Fans think Taylor Swift hit back at Kanye after his Vulture 2 reference to her and Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift might have already hit back at Kanye West after the rapper made things person in his Vultures 2 album by bringing the Kansas City Chiefs‘ Travis Kelce into their feud in one of his songs.

The pair have been on bad terms ever since the 47-year-old West decided to steal Swift‘s moment at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2009 when she was just a teenager, and time has not made them fonder.

The Power singer rushed onto the stage and snatched the microphone away from her after she was voted winner of the Best Female Video, with West claiming it should have gone to Beyonce instead.

As a result, he was kicked out of the ceremony and booed off stage whilst Beyonce, in a selfless and loving act, later gave her own speech time up to Swift so that the 19-year-old could finish her own.

“I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” were the lyrics sung by Ty Dolla $ign in one of West‘s latest songs and although there’s nothing particularly vulgar there, she might not have appreciated the reference at all.

How did Swift hit back?

As a result, fans feel she might have hit back on stage in Warsaw, Poland on August 3 with a very subtle message to Kim Kardashian‘s ex-husband as she rocked a shirt that read, “I Bet You Think About Me” on stage during Red.

It comes after the 34-year-old decided to launch another edition of her The Tortured Poets Department with a bonus song on the same day West released his album, with some suspecting she did it to try to drown out his noise.

The shirt on its own might not have been much of a big deal but fans have always suspected Red is about her rivalry with West so they haven’t wasted much time in believing they’ve connected the dots at her Eras Tour.

One user said on X.com, formerly Twitter, “”[When I] saw the k*nye thing a little bit ago and I knew she was gonna wear it lmao.”
