Detroit Lions cornerback Khalil Dorsey may have played his final game in 2024.
Dorsey was carted off the field today in Detroit with an ugly leg injury as the team faced off against the Buffalo Bills.
In the first half, Dorsey collided with a teammate while in coverage on a crossing route and went down in serious pain. A replay showed the damage as he clearly snapped his leg in half.

The Detroit Lions Lost Aidan Hutchinson In The Same Way
Lions cornerback Khalil Dorsey was carted off the field after seemingly snapping his leg in half as the team played against the Bills.
Dorsey was seen on the ground, and further videos seemed to show that his left leg suffered a significant break.
Unfortunately, the Detroit Lions have been through this before after the team was dealt a massive blow on the defensive side of the ball when star edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson suffered a broken tibia and fibula during the Week 6 contest versus the Dallas Cowboys.
It was initially believed to be a season-ending injury. However, there has been optimism that he could return for the playoffs.
With Dorsey’s injury, he is unlikely to be able to return to the field for this year.
The Entire Internet Is Shocked After Finding Out That Rams RB Kyren Williams Is “Actual First Cousins” With Another NFL Superstar

The league has had plenty of family members join its ranks over the years, but it is pretty rare for them to play at the same time while also being top-tier.
This happens to be the case with Jameson and Kyren Williams, who are actually closely related. The latter, who plays as a running back for the Los Angeles Rams, is first cousin to the former.
Lions TV Network’s Dannie Rodgers revealed as much this Thursday, which came as quite a surprise as it is not listed on either player’s Wikipedia page – at least, it wasn’t before Thursday.
“#Lions Jameson Williams and #Rams Kyren Williams are cousins. Actual first cousins lol,” Rogers tweeted.
“No way!? That’s pretty cool,” a fan said in the comments.

“Some scary athletic genes in that family,” another pointed out.
“That’s actually really interesting and pretty cool,” said a third.
Rogers revealed Jameson told her so himself.
Jameson Williams & Kyren Williams Didn’t Have Similar Paths Into The NFL
Apart from having the same last name, the players are both from St. Louis, Missouri.
Jameson initially committed to Ohio State but transferred to Alabama in 2021 after hardly being played by the Buckeyes.
He led the SEC in receiving yards, yards per catch, and touchdowns as a junior, recording 79 receptions for 1,572 yards and 15 TDs. He was drafted as the No. 12 overall pick by the Lions in 2022.
Kyren, meanwhile, went to Notre Dame and became a starter in his second season. He recorded two consecutive seasons with over 1,000 rushing yards and was a Second-Team All-American in 2021. He was the 164th overall pick in 2022, earning Pro Bowl and Second-Team All-Pro selections last season.
