MGK Fires Back Harder: Drops Savage ‘Rap Devil’ Reloaded to Rip Eminem Apart

“MGK Rewrites ‘Rap Devil’ To Attack Eminem Even Worse”

In a desperate bid to grab more attention, Machine Gun Kelly came back to performing his old diss with a new twist at the third annual “MGK Day” celebration in Cleveland.

This year’s festivities kicked off with MGK throwing a party for his fans, complete with a performance of his biggest hit, if we’re using the term loosely, “Rap Devil”, the infamous diss track aimed at none other than Eminem. Yes, it is the same song where MGK tried to take shots at the Rap God and ended up making more headlines for his man bun than his bars.

But MGK didn’t stop there. He decided to spice things up by incorporating a clip from Eminem’s recent “Slim Shady vs. Marshall Mathers” conversations as the intro to his performance. The clip features Em hilariously talking to himself (as only Slim Shady can), with the line, “MGK fucked your mother… He did, but she’s your mother too, so?”

Complex Has Announced the Digital Short Film feat. Eminem “The Face-Off: Slim Shady vs. Marshall Mathers”

Classic Shady humour, but MGK seemed to think it was the perfect way to get the crowd hyped.

And just when you thought things couldn’t get any more cringe-worthy, MGK took it upon himself to tweak the lyrics of “Rap Devil” for the occasion. Instead of the original line, “Homie, we get it, we know that you’re the greatest rapper alive”, he switched it up to, “Homie, we get it, you’re not the greatest rapper alive (never)”.

After all this time, MGK is still trying to convince the world that he’s got what it takes to dethrone Eminem. Meanwhile, Em is probably too busy plotting his next lyrical masterpiece to even notice.

So here’s to the third annual MGK Day in Cleveland, a five-day celebration of a guy who’s still chasing his tail and trying to outrun the shadow of the Rap God. We can’t wait to see what next year brings. Maybe a whole week of MGK trying to prove he’s the greatest?

You can find the video of this cringe party somewhere on the web, or you can listen to Eminem’s response, which blew the Internet up upon release — the one that does not need any tweaks.
