Colin Cowherd is getting slammed on social media after suggesting a trade that would see the Dallas Cowboys land Shedeur Sanders in the draft while bringing in his dad, Deion Sanders, as coach.

Cowherd has made some outrageous trade proposals in the past, but it appears this latest one might be his wildest, as he’s urged the Cowboys to do whatever it takes to get the aforementioned Sanders duo.

Speaking on his show, ‘The Herd,’ this Tuesday, Cowherd proposed that the Cowboys trade Micah Parsons and three first-round picks to move up in the draft and ensure they snare the Colorado star.

“I would go get Deion Sanders. I would pick Shedeur Sanders. If I had to give up Micah Parsons and three firsts, I would do it,” he said in the clip below.

Colin Cowherd Gets Crushed In The Comments

Well, fans don’t think this take was among his finest moments, and they have been ripping him in the comments.

Dude……….. Like do you even think before you talk about this stuff. Dak Prescott just signed a 60 million dollar deal. Whether Dak is worth the money or not, why in the hell would they do that?????” one asked.

“The Cowboys would get so much worse if this happened lmao,” another laughed.

“He needs to be banned from football for even thinking that,” someone suggested.

“I swear on my life I would stop being a Cowboys fan,” a fan added.

It appears that fans are nervous because they know that this is exactly the sort of thing Jerry Jones would actually do.

Still, Shedeur Sanders and his dad have helped turn things around at Colorado and might be able to do the same for an NFL franchise.

Of course, Coach Prime has repeatedly said he has no desire to coach in the NFL, so good luck getting him to change his mind.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are the power couple of the century. Everyone who watches the NFL knows Kelce and Swift are in cahoots together, and it can get to a point where it’s too much.

One of those recently happened when their political stances were brought into the public eye. Swift publicly endorsed presidential candidate Kamala Harris for the 2024 election following Trump’s “thank you” after being fooled by AI.

X’s co-owner Elon Musk noticed the endorsement and commented on his platform. “Fine Taylor … you win … I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life,” posted the 53-year-old Musk.

The following day, a verified account, who some thought to be the Kansas City Chiefs star tight end, replied to the post, completely fooling NFL analyst Colin Cowherd, who proceeded to make his own comment on the reply on his show The Herd.

Colin Cowherd Laughs At Fake Travis Kelce News

After claiming that he tries to stay off his phone, Cowherd said he saw “Travis Kelce and Elon Musk going at it on X.” He then commented that he believes the Chiefs are the best team in football right now.

Cowherd believes Kelce sent the reply, which he did not: “I’m 6’5′ and actually play football. The fact that I went to college, got a degree, and worked hard might be lost on you. I don’t play backgammon, but I do play chess. I could also twist you into a pretzel.“

Unfortunately for everyone who was looking to make a story out of this, the account was clearly not Kelce’s. Rather, it was an imposter who clearly accomplished their goal, as they got one of the biggest sports personalities out there to bite on the fake news.
