The Atlanta Falcons got a little more than they bargained for when they took on the Dallas Cowboys inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday.

Both teams came into that game desperately needing to win, but the Falcons had no clue that one of their players would be dealing with a ref positioning himself behind him in a sexual way.

While up 27-21 in the fourth quarter, the Atlanta Falcons were getting set to run a play when a ref suddenly jumped in and started to grab the hips of guard Ryan Neuzil while he was still bent over.

He stayed there for several seconds before everyone got up out of their positions.

Social media got one look at the ref positioning himself behind that Atlant Falcons player, and jokes began to fly:

Yikes.

As for the game, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins threw three touchdown passes, and the Falcons maintained their hold on first place in the NFC South with a 27-21 victory over the struggling Cowboys, who dropped to 3-5 and remained in third place in the NFC East.

Cousins completed 19 of 24 passes for 222 yards, including 13 in a row at one point for the Falcons, who are now 6-3.

The Cowboys almost completed a comeback as they tried to rally behind Cooper Rush after Prescott was ruled out, having completed 18 of 24 for 133 yards and a touchdown.

Rush guided an 86-yard drive in the closing minutes, capped by a 4-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Tolbert and a 2-point conversion.

However, the Atlanta Falcons recovered an onside kick to seal the victory.

The Atlanta Falcons Have Rebounded Nicely After Early Struggles

The Atlanta Falcons are one of the hottest teams in the league.

The team started the year 1-2, and many were already writing them off as a pretender that would not make any noise after they signed QB Kirk Cousins.

They have only lost one game since, as they currently stand at 6-3.

VIDEO: Cameras Caught Dallas Cowboys HC Mike McCarthy Erupting On The Sideline In A Fit Of Rage Like We’ve Never Seen Him Before

Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy is not having a fun afternoon in Atlanta so far.

The underperforming Cowboys are already under .500 and trying their best not to go even further as they face off against the Falcons.

Things are not going well, as the team is already down double digits in the first half.

Cameras caught Mike McCarthy on the sidelines, not happy with what was happening, and showed it by two-hand slamming a tablet to the ground.

There is no word on whether that tablet was destroyed.

Jerry Jones never anticipated his team would be 3-4 after seven games.

The Cowboys are starting a four-week stretch against teams that are a combined 22-10 and also includes the Philadelphia Eagles, Houston Texans and Washington Commanders.

Mike McCarthy Knows He Is Fired If The Dallas Cowboys Don’t Achieve Success In 2024

Mike McCarthy might be reaching his expiration date in Dallas. The Cowboys notably did not extend the coach’s contract prior to the 2024 season, meaning that he is in the final year of a five-year deal.

Based on the results thus far, McCarthy could be seeing his exit from the team after this year.

If the team does not string together some victories, he could very well see himself gone before the year is out.

Many thought Mike McCarthy would be done after the team was blown out in the playoffs, but Jerry Jones decided to stick with him one last time.

The Dallas Cowboys either need to get to the NFC Championship game or further for McCarthy to stay on this team.
