After signing with the New York Mets, Juan Soto had his first press conference. Soto broke the record by signing the biggest deal in major league baseball. Steve Cohen and the Mets have paid the price to sign the star slugger for the next 15 years.
Yankees fans were unhappy with Soto’s decision to sign with the Mets. However, many believe that it all happened for the best, especially after Soto’s picture at Citi Field surfaced online. Soto entered City Field for the first time in a Mets jersey after officially signing with the team.
The image of the slugger surfaced online, and MLB fans were quick to react to his alleged ‘out-of-shape’ look. Fans trolled the All-Star, and some were even more happy that he did not sign with the Yanks.

Juan Soto Shares Bold Message After Signing With The Mets
Juan Soto has already taken steps to settle down with the Mets. Soto stated that the team’s desire to win championships has been an important aspect for him to sign with them. He is hoping to build a dynasty with the Mets after his mega contract.
“What they have done in the past couple of years, showing all the ability to keep winning, to keep growing a team, to try to grow a dynasty is one of the most important things,” Soto said.
He further said that New York has been a Mets town for a long time, and they are ready to bring it to the top. The Yankees might have missed out on Juan Soto, but they are making progress with Cody Bellinger.

There’s a conspiracy theory for just about everything, including bizarre ones relating to the highly publicized relationship between Grammy Award-winning singer Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
The three-time Super Bowl champion has been in a relationship with Taylor Swift for over a year. Their rumored romance was confirmed when Swift attended the Chiefs’ Week 3, 2023 home game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium.
Kelce’s romance with Swfit has been a giant win for the Chiefs and the NFL, too. She has brought plenty more attention to the NFL and contributed to the Chiefs’ skyrocketing popularity worldwide.
Naturally, conspiracy theorists believe the Travis Kelce-Taylor Swift romance is simply a marketing ploy to help the Chiefs and the league. But Chiefs president Mark Donovan finally addressed the ridiculous rumor during an appearance on NBC’s “Squawk Box” program:
“I’d love to say that it was a marketing strategy, but it is an authentic relationship. And we’re happy to have it, and it’s been nothing but good for us.
I think the best thing I can say about the whole relationship and the impact it’s had on us is, Taylor Swift is an authentic member of the Kansas City Chiefs kingdom. She’s an authentic fan and that matters to our fans and our fan base and to matters to us and we try to respect that.”
