NBA fans weren’t sure whether a new photo of a bald Jimmy Butler was real or whether they were being “Centeled” after the NBA Centel troll account posted it this Monday.

Jimmy Butler has made this sort of thing easy to believe, given his recent media day appearances. He gave his best show ahead of last season when he showed up with an Emo look, having worn dreads the previous year, so fans were waiting to see what he would come up with this time.

Centel shared an image of Jimmy Buckets sporting a clean-shaven head amid the anticipation, and it appears some fans fell for it.

Check it out below:

“Bruh 🤣🤣🤣 Hes always trolling in the official pics for the season,” a user wrote.

“No way,” someone else said.

“I want a championship not a new style 🤣,” another fan wrote.

“Jimmy’s going with the Megamind look I see,” a fourth added.

“Cos why he looking like that?” one asked.

“Bruh this gotta be AI 🤣,” a comment read

“This can’t be real 😭😭😭,” another read.

“Looks like Jimmy butler and Sam Cassell did the fusion dance (with all due respect),” someone joked.

Jimmy Butler Had Nothing For Us This Year

Unfortunately for some people, the photo shown above isn’t real.

Butler showed up as plain old Butler on Monday. You can see the look below.

“I’m here, normal hair, no shenanigans,” he told reporters. “It’s all I got.”

Heat fans were understandably disappointed but should feel encouraged, as this might be Jimmy letting everyone know he’s all about business this coming season.

The forward was called out by Heat president Pat Riley earlier in the offseason. The Godfather, as he’s known, would have probably been a bit peeved had Jimmy shown up to Media Day in troll mood after the team’s failures last season.
