Taylor Swift seems head-over-heels for Travis Kelce, as they haven’t been afraid to flaunt their affection for each other in recent months.

Now, fans have some serious concern for the pop star.

Taylor Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce has raised eyebrows due to comments made by Travis’ mom about his behavior when he was younger. Travis is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, and Jason is a center for the Philadelphia Eagles, Donna noted that the brothers have been competitive their entire lives about everything, and that includes playing games like “dodgeball and golf” to “who could get to the table first” and “who can sit in front of the car.”

Their rivalry “never ended” for the two, and they’re “still just as competitive as adults today.” Donna added, “I know they’re always jabbing at each other to mention who’s the best. It doesn’t stop!,” she added in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE Magazine.

Growing up, it was “just the two boys” because they didn’t have cousins, Donna shared, and “they used to yell at me because they didn’t have any cousins to play with on Christmas.” So her family just had each other’s backs. “We stay together and try to help each other as much as we can.”

According to an exclusive insider who spoke with the magazine, Travis’ attitude really soured the celebrations and resulted in his first argument with his five-month partner.

“The game pretty much ruined Taylor and Travis’ holidays,” says the source. “Travis wasn’t himself for days after. He snapped at Taylor and they had their first fight. He apologized after but Taylor definitely felt hurt and confused. It was rough.”
