For most of his life, LeBron James has been in the spotlight. He was deemed “The Chosen One” when he was still in high school, and it only got more significant once he was drafted.
Fortunately for him, his beloved wife and high school sweetheart, Savannah, has been right there by his side throughout the whole journey.
The James matriarch has stayed away from the flashes for the most part. She’s been a supportive wife and mother, but it wasn’t until recently that she made the rounds for a project of her own.
Now, in the latest edition of her “Everybody’s Crazy” podcast, Savannah made a bold confession, talking about how she had a life-changing experience with medicinal mushrooms:

“I’m a little nervous to say this,” Savannah admitted. “My friend gifted me with an amazing experience. I went on an alchemy journey, and it was life-changing. I got a lot of clarity around some things that I felt like I was struggling with, not really struggling but just wanted to get clarity on … Basically, I took a medicine journey, like, mushrooms.”
Alternate therapy and “non-trad” measures, as Savannah described it, have been used by many people around the globe. Savannah James isn’t the first to try it out.
LeBron James’ wife Savannah James gushes over Bronny James & Zhuri James’ milestone
The past couple of months have been a rollercoaster for the James family. Bronny James, their firstborn, was taken with the No. 55 pick in the NBA draft, joining his father in the Los Angeles Lakers as most scouts and experts projected it would happen.
Together, they made history by becoming the first-ever father-son duo to take the court for an NBA game. Now, with Bronny being sent to the Lakers’ G-League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers, almost the whole family was in attendance to watch his debut in a sold-out arena.

The family also starred in a now-viral and adorable clip. Following the game, Zhuri went out to give her older brother a big hug. Little did she think about how sweaty she was, and she clearly didn’t enjoy it one bit.
The clip went nuclear on social media, with Savannah also sharing it on her Instagram story and laughing about how her daughter may have learned a valuable lesson:
“I’m sure this was a lesson learned,” the James’ matriarch wrote on the post with several laughing face emojis.
Savannah, who’s been around a professional athlete for most of her life, clearly knew better than that. She just tapped her firstborn son on the shoulder to congratulate him after his debut.
