Social media had questions after Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay’s daughter was spotted behind head coach Shane Steichen on the sideline during their ‘Sunday Night Football’ fixture against the Minnesota Vikings.

Cameras caught Irsay’s daughter near the bench holding some sheets of paper and a pen, so folks on X were naturally inquisitive.

“Colts owner Jim Irsay’s daughter is on the sidelines standing next to head coach Shane Steichen. New assistant head coach?” the MLFootball account asked.

“what is this? 😭 bro under evaluation,” a fan asked.

“Is this normal?” another inquired.

“Yeah no way I’m allowing that as a coach, how do you function properly,” someone else opined.

This ‘Sunday Night Football’ Sighting Was Apparently Not A First

While some fans had questions, others pointed out that this wasn’t a first for the Colts.

The teams were tied at seven apiece in the third quarter at the time of writing, with Minnesota finally getting on the board with a Jordan Addison TD following the halftime break.
