The Buffalo Bills cleverly trolled the New York Jets by using an iconic clip from “The Sopranos” TV series following their thrilling “Monday Night Football” win.

Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills narrowly outlasted their division rivals 23-20 to improve to 4-2 on the season. The victory moved Buffalo two games up on the Jets for tops in the AFC East, with a fifth straight division crown firmly in their grasp. It also gave their social media team a golden opportunity to reference “The Sopranos”.

Right after the victory, the Bills’ X/Twitter account shared an edited clip from “The Sopranos” to troll the Jets. The clip is from the season one episode “College,” where Meadow Soprano asks her father, Tony Soprano if he’s in the mafia.

The character, played by the late James Gandolfini, immediately denies it. In the edited clip, the Bills have Tony saying he’s in the “Bills mafia.”

Gandolfini was a huge fan of the New York Jets, who were occasionally referenced in the legendary television show along with several other sports teams in the BitTg Apple.

The Bills’ 23-20 victory helped them avoid a three-game losing streak. It also marked the third straight loss for Aaron Rodgers’ Jets, who are now 2-4 on the season following a promising 2-1 start.

Buffalo will host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday afternoon, while the Jets will travel to Pittsburgh to visit the Steelers on “Sunday Night Football.”

Perfect Usage Of “The Sopranos” Clip By Bills Social Media Team

“The Sopranos” centers around Gandolfini’s character trying to balance his family life with his demanding life as a mafia boss. Bills fans are referred to as “Bills mafia” so this was a savvy and perfect use of “The Sopranos” by Buffalo’s social media team.

Buffalo and New York will meet again in Week 17 at Highmark Stadium on Dec. 29. If the Jets win that game, we’ll see if they remember this and decide to troll the Bills right back.

VIDEO: The Entire Internet Is Dying Of Laughter Over Viral Video Of Dan Orlovsky Trying Not To Sneeze On National TV And Farting Instead While Talking About Josh Allen

The NFL is one of the most professional leagues in the world. Just one mistake could cost you a job in the league, and that’s in terms of players. Broadcasters have a little more leeway, so there is a lot to laugh about, and a resurfaced clip of Dan Orlovsky proves it.

Dan Orlovsky enjoyed a long and successful career in the NFL. The former quarterback played 12 seasons as a backup, playing parts of 26 games split between the Detroit Lions, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Houston Texans, and Indianapolis Colts.

After retiring in 2017, Orlovsky decided to enjoy some nice off time with his wife and four children before eventually joining the ESPN team in 2022 as part of the #2 crew, where he would replace current San Francisco 49ers quarterbacks coach Brian Griese.

However, his time with the organization has undoubtedly not been perfect, as NFL fans are wheezing at a resurfaced clip of one of the broadcaster’s mishaps on live television. There is no doubt that it’s something Orlovsky will try to forget.

Dan Orlovsky Let One Rip While Trying Not Sneeze On National Television

One NFL fan was not kind to the former NFL quarterback turned ESPN broadcaster, as he posted a comment saying, “Him on TV is one giant fart.”

ESPN even took to TikTok to laugh at Orlovsky, posting a video filmed by the broadcaster himself in which fellow broadcaster Laura Rutledge calls him out for it. One fan in the TikTok comments even called him “Danny Dumps.””

It even went so far as to where Pat McAfee commented on it, mocking the ESPN analyst on his show. The two are now both under the parent company, so let’s hope there are no hard feelings. Hopefully, Orlovsky can continue to laugh at himself over this one.
