LSU star gymnast Olivia Dunne recently spoke about 2024 Olympic participation and her future goals as an athlete. With the Paris Olympics already on the way, star athletes are lining up for their races. Dunne on the other hand, expressed she’s focused on the national championship with her team.
The 2024 Olympic gymnast Team USA is more or less settled as the event draws near. Commenting on her Olympic stance, Dunne stated,
I don’t think I’m going to try for the Olympics or anything after…the national championship, that was obviously the end goal.She further recalled April’s performance when the LSU Lady Tigers gymnastics team won the NCAA Championship for the first time. Livvy expresses she’s happy to be part of it in her senior year. “It’s just so cool to be able to make history like with my whole team,” Dunne said.

During an interview with ‘BFFs’ Olivia Dunne once revealed that her Olympic dream died after she suffered an injury in her teen years. When she was 15 or 16, she fractured a bone in her ankle which prevented her from soaring higher.

She admits believing “this is not for me anymore” and that she should just complete college and stay happy and healthy. Despite her predicament, she not only became a star LSU gymnast but also a social media influencer boasting over 12 million followers.
