Shedeur Sanders followed in his father’s footsteps earlier this year when he released his first song, “Perfect Timing,” in May.

The two-minute track mostly features Sanders singing about… you guessed it… money and luxurious items, as he mentions a Mercedes Maybach and an Audemars Piguet watch among his expensive items.

That song got plenty of play on Saturday.

After a comeback victory over the Baylor Bears, Shedeur Sanders and the team could be seen bumping his hit song in the locker room. The song has more than 344,000 views on YouTube.

The song’s cover art features Sanders wearing a “No. 2 necklace” and a watch. Of course, this pose has been his for two years now: holding his arm up in the air to show off his watch.

Colorado won its Big 12 opener on a 1-yard touchdown run by Micah Welch in overtime for a 38–31 victory over Baylor.

Colorado’s Travis Hunter hit Dominic Richardson to force a fumble as the running back attempted to leap over the goal line in an effort to try and tie the game.

Shedeur Sanders made this possible with a Hail Mary when he rolled left and connected with LaJohntay Wester on a sliding catch in the end zone that tied the score at 31-31.

Shedeur Sanders Continues To Cement Himself As A First Rond Quarterback In The NFL Draft

Shedeur Sanders finished with 341 yards and two touchdowns through the air, completing 25-of-41 passes against Baylor.

While he did not have another four-touchdown game on Saturday, he did save Colorado from defeat by forcing overtime with an insane 43-yard Hail Mary pass with just seconds to play.

Sanders could be taken as the first overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft or at some point in the first round.

It’s clear that Sanders has an NFL-caliber arm and then some. He continues to show his ability to play, as does anyone who could be expected to play behind an offensive line that cannot seem to block anyone.

If he continues to play like he is, Shedeur Sanders will plan to hear his name early in the Draft.

Former NFL Quarterback Brett Favre Lashes Out At Taylor Swift, Accuses Her Of Using Her “Influence” For Foul Reasons

Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre has taken a swipe at pop sensation Taylor Swift for political reasons ahead of the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.

The 11-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro is known to be a supporter of former President Donald Trump and has previously endorsed him.

He’s since taken a shot at Swift, who recently endorsed Democratic candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris following Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes informing everyone that he wouldn’t endorse a candidate.

“Good take by Mahomes,” he wrote in a tweet.

“I see a lot of celebs trying to influence their audience instead of letting the people think for themselves. If the best choice for them ain’t clear and they’re easily swayed by their fav pop artist, it’s not going to be a good thing.”
