Joe Burrow played pretty well on Sunday, but it just wasn’t meant to be by the time the game against the Kansas City Chiefs ended.
Cincinnati fell 26-25 in a game where Burrow threw two touchdowns.
Following the heartbreaking loss, Burrow could be seen greeting several players on the Kansas City Chiefs, including defensive star Chris Jones.
After shaking hands and speaking briefly with the likes of Patrick Mahomes — Burrow could be seen saying, “That was fun” to Chris Jones.

It stems from the fourth quarter of the 2021 AFC Championship Game when Burrow shocked Jones by ducking a would-be sack and escaping outside the pocket.

Jones has never forgotten it and brought it up days before this game on Sunday.
“Joe Burrow is Joe Burrow, man,” Jones told reporters on Thursday. “(He’s a) great quarterback. Can make all the tough throws. (He’s) resilient, and (he has) got a lot of special guys around him.”
