Instead of aiming for the NBA or another major basketball league, Cenat took a unique approach by introducing fans to the newly formed Little Basketball Association (LBA) in September.
This league featured a draft system similar to that of major leagues, and Cenat actively participated as a player. However, after some time in the LBA, Cenat has decided to retire from basketball.
Recently, Kai took to social media to share the news. Through a Twitter post with an image of him holding the LBA Champions Trophy, he signaled his return to the platform that made him famous.
“Back to streaming,” he wrote on his X account.
Kai Cenat began his streaming journey on Twitch in February 2021 and quickly gained a large fanbase. One of his notable achievements came during a stream featuring celebrities Kevin Hart and Druski, where he broke Twitch’s North American viewership record.
