ESPN Announces Massive Plans For Bengals-Cowboys Week 14 ‘Monday Night Football’ Game That Should Have Every Fan Excited To Tune In

ESPN made a massive announcement during the ‘Monday Night Football’ halftime this week, revealing plans for the premiere of ‘The Simpsons Funday Football’ alternate cast, which will be a viewing option for the Cowboys-Bengals game on December 9.

The game will stream in the ‘Simpsons’ world in real-time, courtesy of Sony’s Beyond Sports Technology, with Springfield’s Atoms Stadium to play host to the ‘MNF’ fixture.

‘This cast’Funday Football’ will be available on Disney+ and ESPN+, as well as NFL+ on mobile, per Disney. The traditional ‘MNF’ telecast will air from ESPN, ABC, and ESPN Deportes, while Peyton and Eli Manning’s ‘ManningCast’ will be broadcast via ESPN2.

Fans Seem Intrigued By This Version Of The Upcoming Cowboys-Bengals Game

As to how it’s supposed to work, all players from the Cowboys-Bengals ‘MNF’ game will appear as an animated player.

“Through state-of-the-art tracking technology enabled by NFL’s Next Gen Stats, Sony’s Beyond Sports, combined with Sony’s Hawk-Eye Innovations’ optical tracking, fans enjoying The Simpsons Funday Football will see every snap, run, pass, score, and more from the real-life Bengals and Cowboys matchup at AT&T Stadium as it happens,” Disney notes.

Based on the social media reception, fans seem to be looking forward to the special broadcast. It should be especially fun for kids.
