Kayla Nicole Shocking Revelation on her break up with Travis Kelce, who BRUTALLY dumped her via text?

Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole spoke recently about another former fling that ended brutally by text message – and fans seem to have tracked down who she was referring to.

While on WNBA star Angel Reese’s ‘Unapologetically Angel’ podcast, Nicole revealed that she had moved to New York with plans of moving in with an unnamed man.

However, Nicole said that he dumped her over text message and quickly moved on with a famous singer and actress – who Nicole said she dressed up as at a following Halloween.

Internet sleuths quickly found photos of Nicole dressed as Teyana Taylor, the ex-wife of former New York Knicks player Iman Shumpert.

Taylor appeared in the 2015 music video for Kanye West’s ‘Fade’ in a nearly identical workout-themed outfit as the one that Nicole eventually wore for Halloween.

Fans quickly pieced together that Nicole had once dressed as Teyana Taylor (right) – who eventually got married to Iman Shumpert

NBA champion Shumpert and Taylor were married in 2016 and have two daughters together. They split up last year.

The singer and Shumpert began dating in 2013, were married three years later and welcomed two daughters.

However, the eventually split up last year.

Nicole, meanwhile dated Kelce – now of course the boyfriend of pop star Taylor Swift – from 2017 to 2022.’

Nicole opened up about that relationship to Reese.

‘My biggest advice in dating an athlete is to always have your own. It is really easy to get caught up in their dream, their vision for their life. Something that I had to learn early on was that the relationship could be over tomorrow and what do you have?’ she said.

‘At the time it was a long-distance relationship, I was going back-and-forth. I was in-between apartments and thought “it’s cool, we’re going to get married and I’m going to move into the house, I don’t really need an apartment”.

‘We broke up, my lease was up, my lease on my car was up all at the same time.

She also suggested the public nature of the breakup and Kelce now dating one of the most famous people in the world in Swift has been difficult.

Kelce has since moved on with pop star Taylor Swift, who he began dating last year

‘I think the combination of everything is the perfect storm to make you want to disappear from the world entirely,’ she said.

‘Behind closed doors, the hardest part is losing a partner, a best friend, speaking every day to cutting ties. Then you throw in social media.

‘I would be lying if I said that that level of hate and online chaos didn’t impact me, even to this day. You could go to my most recent posts and people would be debating why I am worthless.

‘It is nothing to do with me. I think there is something about that level of fame that attracts crazy people, which is unfortunate because I don’t think I have done anything to warrant that kind of backlash.’

Nonetheless, Nicole said that her time with Kelce was a ‘good time’ in her life and called the tight end a ‘great guy.’
