NFL icon Tom Brady was approved to own a stake in the Las Vegas Raiders on Tuesday after more than a year of waiting for his approval.

After the move hit the sports news world, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was asked if the 14-time Grammy winner Swift would be approved to be a part-owner of the Chiefs.

Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer reported that, while he laughed at the idea, Goodell shared that if Swift is “interested” in the business sports opportunity, then “she has the ability to do it.”

Brady waited for his approval after NFL owners took issue with the seven-time Super Bowl champion being a Fox NFL analyst while also owning a stake in a football team.

The New England Patriots icon will now have numerous restrictions as he will not have access to other team’s facilities or practice as well as broadcast production meetings.

Brady will be purchasing a 10 percent stake in the Raiders.

He owns approximately five percent of the team.

Swift has brought tons of exposure to the NFL and the Chiefs since her relationship began with Kelce last summer.

She has also become a huge NFL fan and saw Kelce play in 13 games last year, including Kansas City’s Super Bowl victory in Las Vegas in February.

This season, Swift has attended three games.
