Brittany Mahomes’s reaction on social media was the same as everybody else’s who witnessed the end of the Chiefs—Broncos game on Sunday.

Chiefs linebacker Leo Chenal blocked Broncos kicker Wil Lutz’s 35-yard field goal attempt as time expired, and Kansas City escaped with a 16-14 win.

The play sent the Arrowhead Stadium crowd into a frenzy, as quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the rest of the Chiefs’ sideline sprinted on the field to celebrate.

Inside a suite above, Brittany Mahomes was going crazy as she was with her daughter, Sterling.

Brittany would take to her Instagram story and post the same reaction everybody had watching that final play.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 28 of 42 pass attempts for 266 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions.

Bo Nix threw for 215 yards and two touchdowns without an interception.

The Denver Broncos had a Chance to Walk out With a Signature Win Over The Chiefs

Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos came so close to knocking off the NFL’s last undefeated team and improving their record, but it was not meant to be.

The Chiefs kept their undefeated streak alive on Sunday after they blocked what would’ve been a game-winning field goal from Will Lutz as time expired.

This left the Broncos stunned in a 16-14 defeat.

Because of that block, the Chiefs have now won 15 straight games dating back to their Super Bowl run last season.

Due to the loss, the Broncos headed right back to a .500 record instead of being two games up and falling behind the second-place Chargers.

The Toronto Argonauts got a huge win over the weekend, but they lost so much more with Chad Kelly.

Kelly had to be taken off the field on a stretcher due to a gruesome right leg injury in the third quarter.

The Argonauts defeated the defending champion Montreal Alouettes 30-28 in the CFL’s East Division final on Saturday, but now we have to figure out if they will continue the year without Kelly.

Kelly could be seen grabbing his leg after a play as he broke his ankle late in the third quarter.

Chad Kelly went down after a nine-yard scramble late in the third quarter and had his lower right leg landed on by Montreal Alouettes’ defensive end Isaac Adeyemi-Berglund.

Kelly threw 11-for-22 for 182 yards, one TD, and two interceptions before the gruesome injury.

His backup, Nick Arbuckle, went 5-for-8 for 73 yards.

Arbuckle appears to be the man going forward who will be a starter in the Grey Cup game next Sunday in Vancouver.

Toronto Argonauts’ Quarterback Chad Kelly Suffers Set Back With Latest Injury

Chad Kelly was forced to leave the East Final after suffering an apparent leg injury and will be out for the foreseeable future.

TSN’s Dave Naylor reported he will undergo surgery on his tibia, and his expected recovery time is six to nine months.

The 2023 Most Outstanding Player was coming off a year in which he completed 270 of 394 passes for 4,123 yards with 23 touchdowns and 12 interceptions while rushing for 248 yards and eight touchdowns.
