It has now been a week since Shannon Sharpe accidentally went on Instagram live while having intercourse with a woman. This was an all-time blunder that he will likely never live down, and that became obvious after Molly Qerim took a subtle jab at him during ESPN’s “First Take.”
During Monday’s show, Qerim recapped the Dallas Cowboys vs. New Orleans Saints game. In the background, you could hear Shannon talking, which made everything very distracting.
Qerim says, “Shay, we can hear you, buddy.” This seems to be a clear joke referencing the video, which many people picked up on.
“Tough week for Sharpe and electronics,” added another.
The show continued as if nothing had happened, but nobody can deny that Qerim provided a super subtle yet hilarious joke at Sharpe.

The fact that it went so viral, and Sharpe is such a recognizable face across most North American sports fanbases, means people aren’t likely to soon forget to video. You can certainly expect this won’t be the last time a co-host pokes a bit of fun at him for it, either.
Shannon Sharpe Claims He Could Lose Sponsorship
Though he might not lose his job at ESPN, Sharpe risks losing many sponsorships due to the accident.
“We’ve got six- and seven-figure sponsors and advertisers saying, ‘Shannon, we don’t know if we want to continue this relationship,’” he said on his show “Nightcap.”
This was discussed after people started accusing him of staging the Instagram live.
“So you think I would be willing to risk that… the next five to seven years, $170 million to $200 million, you think I would be willing to risk that to do this?” he continued.
VIDEO: ESPN Analyst Domonique Foxworth Brutally Trolled Shannon Sharpe Over His Raunchy S3x Video On Live TV During ‘First Take’

Shannon Sharpe is back on TV, but Domonique Foxworth had something else on his mind.
Foxworthy couldn’t help himself from referencing the NSFW Instagram Live video that emerged on social media after he accidentally went live during s3x with an unknown woman.
Sharpe initially said that he was hacked before he eventually confessed that it was indeed him.
On First Take this week, the crew of Stephen A. Smith, Shannon Sharpe, and Domonique Foxworth were talking about Bryce Young after the Panthers benched the second-year quarterback.
“If you give me three months, Stephen A., and my hips hold up, I might play two or three games at tight end for him,” Sharpe said on “First Take.”
“I think your hips are fine,” Foxworth, a former NFL cornerback, said under his breath.

Last week, the ESPN analyst “accidentally” went live on Instagram during an intimate moment.
With the camera facing the ceiling, Sharpe’s heavy breathing and a woman’s voice could be heard.
Aside from Foxworth, former ESPN star Michelle Beadle also poked fun at the situation after Johnson suggested the woman in the video’s name was Michelle.
“It was not me,” Beadle wrote on X.
Shannon Sharpe Drops “Michelle” Merchandise After Steamy Instagram Live Incident
Shannon Sharpe said he was embarrassed over his accidental Instagram Live incident, but now he is turning a viral scandal into a business opportunity.
Sharpe officially launched his new merch line, featuring a shirt inspired by the mystery woman everyone’s talking about: “Michelle.”
Sharpe announced the merch drop on the now-deleted Instagram post with a cheeky caption, writing, “That’s My Michelle shirts dropped. I told y’all to leave that lady alone, but y’all kept harassing Unc-knowing that man ain’t got but 1 good nerve left, thanks to Chad-so here we are. Are you happy now?”
