Trevon Diggs and reporter (Photos via Twitter)
Sunday was not a good day for Trevon Diggs and the Dallas Cowboys.
After the Dallas Cowboys’ 30-24 primetime loss, the Cowboys cornerback left the locker room to confront a reporter over a social media post.
Diggs confronted the reporter who had posted on social media, “What is Trevon Diggs doing on this play?”

The post was referencing where San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle beat Diggs down the sideline, finishing just short of the end zone.
Around the four-second mark, you can see Trevon Diggs just casually running and not really pursuing Kittle until he realizes the tight end is running past his teammates.
Only at the end does Diggs push him out of bounds.

Diggs, shortly after the Cowboys fell 30-24 to the San Francisco 49ers, came out of the locker room to confront WFAA’s Mike Leslie after his post.
That big San Francisco gain eventually set up a touchdown that put the 49ers in the lead.
“Out of that whole play, that’s what you got from that?” Trevon Diggs angrily asked Leslie in front of a crowd of other reporters near their locker room door. “That’s what you got from that? Out of that whole play, that’s what you got from that?”
“We can talk about it more,” Leslie replied.
“We can talk about deez nuts,” Diggs yelled back.
Leslie addressed the interaction on his X account.
Trevon Diggs Has Misdirected Anger
Trevon Diggs can scream at a reporter over a social media post all he wants, but he is not fooling anyone.
His anger has less to do with that and more to do with the face that the Dallas Cowboys are underachieving.
The team came out of their bye week hoping to right all of their wrongs, and now they are under .500.
VIDEO: Social Media Had Plenty Of Questions After Cameras Caught Dalvin Cook Taking A Shot Of Something Suspicious On The Cowboys Bench Before Game vs. 49ers
Fans on social media had questions (and answers) after Dalvin Cook was shown drinking something on the bench ahead of the Cowboys ‘Sunday Night Football’ showdown vs. the 49ers this past weekend.
The veteran running back debuted for Dallas on Sunday after making a name for himself Minnesota, where he made four Pro Bowl teams while on the Vikings’ roster.
It was hoped that he would inject some offense, given that the team has had the least effective rushing system in the NFL, though he experienced a significant dip in form after a move to the New York Jets, where he averaged a career-low 3.2 yards per carry.
Cameras caught Cook taking a swig out of a small bottle before kickoff on Sunday night, with one of the commentators claiming he was “getting ready for this one.”
Check it out in the video below:
“Marshawn Lynch said he would take shots of Hennessy during the game,” someone recalled.

“My guess? Bacardi Lemon 🍋,” another wrote.
“Ginger shot,” a third suggested.
“Pickle shot,” a fourth contested.
“Lynch (SEA)would always take a shot of something before each game,” a fan wrote.
“Most likely a pickle juice,” someone surmised.
“Likely pickle or ginger shot without a label to avoid getting caught branding,” a comment read.
Dalvin Cook Hasn’t Quite Arrived
The Cowboys will have to wait to see how effective Cook can be in their rushing offense, having passed up on the opportunity to sign Derrick Henry in the offseason.
They will hope he can return to the form that saw him rush for over 1,100 yards a season from 2019 to 2022 after he registered six carries for 12 yards at an underwhelming two yards per carry in last night’s loss against the Niners.
The defeat leaves Dallas nursing a 3-4 record ahead of next Sunday’s game vs. the Falcons.
