Troy Aikman was the first to admit he might get into trouble over a certain Taylor Swift comment he made during the Chiefs win over the Saints on ‘Monday Night Football.’

Aikman would imply that Swift and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce were married near the end of the first half of the game when she was shown celebrating one of her partner’s catches, with the camera panning to her after the play.

“The Mrs. likes it,” he noted.

Joe Buck reminded his broadcast partner of the fact that the star tight end hasn’t put a ring on it.

“You know they’re not married?” he asked.

“Oh, I know,” Aikman replied. “I’m sure I’m in trouble for saying that.”

Taylor Swift Has Been Enjoying Herself At Chiefs Games

Taylor hasn’t seen the Chiefs lose this season, mainly because they haven’t. She’s enjoyed wins at all three of the games she’s attended this season, with the defending champs now 5-0 despite the many hits to their roster.

Kelce didn’t start the season very well but is now getting back to his old self. He was responsible for one of the best plays of the night, throwing a sick pitch after a catch with the Chiefs needing to cover 22 yards on a third down.

The veteran TE made nine receptions for 70 yards, although wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster was the more impressive of Patrick Mahomes’ targets, having hauled in seven catches for 130 yards.

The undefeated Chiefs are now set to play the 49ers in a Super Bowl rematch on October 20, following a bye week in the upcoming Week 6.

ESPN’s Troy Aikman said something that had fans scratching their heads while watching ‘Monday Night Football.’

Aikman and his partner Joe Buck were in the booth for this Monday’s Week 4 fixture between the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions and let something bizarre slip while providing color commentary on a certain play.

The former NFL quarterback was heard saying, “If you’re going to face this Detroit defense, you’re going to need some man beaters” after Geno Smith found Jaxon Smith-Njigba with a pass late in the fourth quarter.

Troy Aikman Had Fans Plenty Confused

Fans weren’t quite sure what they’d just heard after Aikman’s comment.

“The excitement and joy in Aikman’s voice when he says “manbeaters” is just…unsettling,” someone wrote.

“Did Troy just say man beaters on tv 🤣🤣🤣,” another laughed.

“Some Manbeaters” really @NFL_MNF? Lol,” wrote a third.

“Man beaters”? What in the P Diddy is Troy Aikman talking about?” a fourth inquired.

“Troy said you better have some man beaters. AYO?” another comment read.

You can see some more reactions below:

Aikman was likely referring to players who could outrun opponents on offense with that comment, but he’s probably going to want to walk that one back.
