La La Anthony wrote a beautiful message for Kaavia James, the daughter of NBA star Dwyane Wade and Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union, on her sixth birthday. La La is the ex-wife of former NBA star Carmelo Anthony, who is a close friend of Dwyane Wade.

Earlier, to celebrate Kaaiva’s birthday, Union posted a series of pictures and videos of her daughter on her Instagram. The “Bring It On” actress also posted an emotional message for her daughter in the caption, calling her a miracle.

“Miss Kaavia James Union Wade is 6 today!!!” Union wrote.

“You are a miracle who has blessed everyone with your kindness, compassion, elite humor, intelligence and your loving soul. You are a gift to your family, blood and chosen, and so many people across the world.”

La La Anthony was one of the many big names who joined in to wish the six-year-old on her birthday.

Kaavia James is the only child that Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade share together. Kaavia was born through surrogacy on Nov. 7, 2018. Union told People in 2017 that she had struggled with infertility for years and had “eight or nine miscarriages.”

On October 29, Dwyane Wade’s wife Gabrielle Union celebrated her 52nd birthday. The wife of the former NBA star took to her social media and penned an inspiring message about being a 52-year-old.

“This is me at 52. Loving All of me.”

One of the people commenting on the post was her longtime friend La La Anthony. The TV actress also called Union “the realist.”

At 52, Union has faced many struggles in her life, both mentally and physically. In 2021, at In Goop Health summit, the Hollywood actress told fellow actress Gwyneth Paltrow that she had suicidal thoughts because of her mental and physical struggles.

However, while her struggles were hard on her, Union was reborn every time like a fighter. Moreover, she has used her struggles to inspire thousands of women across the world and help them in their struggles.
