Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards has quickly established himself as a powerhouse on the court. He showed it once again on Friday night. After leading his team to a narrow 119-116 victory over the Denver Nuggets, Edwards helped the Timberwolves improve to a 3-2 record for the season.

During the postgame media session, Edwards was asked about recent criticisms suggesting he’s relying too much on three-point shots this season. Edwards didn’t hold back in his reply to those questioning his approach.

“F**K EM,” he replied boldly.

Interestingly, Edwards’ commitment to three-pointers has placed him at the top of the league in three-point attempts per game and three-point makes per game. Edwards, who doesn’t want to play as a Knicks, currently averages 13.4 three-point attempts, making 5.8 of them per game. It’s higher than other sharpshooters like LaMelo Ball and Jayson Tatum.

Against Denver, Edwards showed his accuracy from beyond the arc, sinking seven three-pointers out of fourteen attempts. His eye-catching performance also included 29 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Edwards then replied that it was in the fourth quarter and after the timeout when Jokic guided his teammates on where to position themselves to disrupt the play, as like the plan of Gobert and Edwards. Nevertheless, at last Edwards’ team got the last laugh. The Timberwolves next game is against the Charlotte Hornets on Monday.

Nick Bosa may have landed himself in hot water with the NFL following his actions after the San Francisco 49ers beat the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night.

The Niners enjoyed a 30-24 win over Dallas in the ‘SNF’ fixture. Quarterback Brock Purdy had a stellar game, completing 18 of 26 passing attempts for 260 yards and a touchdown while showing some surprising athleticism as a scrambler.

Bosa also had an impressive outing as he made life pretty difficult for the Cowboys offensive line, also making three tackles, a sack, and two QB hits.

After the game, he popped up behind Purdy while the QB was being interviewed and pointed to his “Make America Great Again” hat before running toward the locker room.
