While Stephen A. Smith may be best known for his hot takes on ESPN, he has been pretty vocal about the 2024 US Presidential Election. This week, Smith appeared on “The View,” a daytime talk show with five female hosts, where he talked about the election and the possibility of a future in politics.

One of the hosts Sunny Hostin said that if Donald Trump can become President without any political experience, then the bar is set pretty low for anyone to try and step into the political arena.

When asked if he was interested in getting involved in politics, Stephen A. Smith gave a somewhst conflicting answer. First, he said that he isn’t interested in running for President, or holding a seat in the Senate or the House of Representatives.
