Deion Sanders Comes Clean After Getting Called Out "Classless" Move After Crazy Comeback Win Over BaylorDeion Sanders (Photo via CFB ON FOX)
On Saturday, Deion Sanders led the Colorado Buffaloes to one of the most exciting wins of the college football season. A last-second Hail Mary from Shedeur Sanders forced the game into overtime.

From there, Colorado pulled off the win after stopping Byalor on a first-and-goal play from the 2-yard line, where superstar Travis Hunter forced a fumble into the end zone.

Once the game was over, Deion didn’t shake hands with Baylor’s head coach, Dave Aranda, which people called him out for, claiming the move to be “Tasteless.” He later explained that he hadn’t had the opportunity to do so because fans had stormed the field.

“That’s not professional, I wanted to shake his hand and acknowledge him,” Deion said.

“I want to apologize to [be in] the position where we stormed the field and I didn’t get an opportunity to go and shake the head coach’s hand,” he continued. “But I did try to go over to the locker room and wait it out until he came out. But I don’t think they got the word to him.

Of course, everyone always wants to see good sportsmanship between opponents, but safety must also be considered in these scenarios.

Deion Sanders And Colorado Improve To 3-1

Only four games into the season, Colorado is now just one win away from matching their season total from 2023.

After narrowly winning against North Dakota State in Week 1, many questioned whether they could compete with higher-level teams.

Sanders and his team have proven that they can with two more wins against Colorado State and Baylor. Their sole loss came to a now 22nd-ranked Nebraska squad.

If they keep winning, then Deion can prove many doubters wrong who question his coaching ability. Of course, they will again be tested as they travel to Florida to take on UCF.

Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre has taken a swipe at pop sensation Taylor Swift for political reasons ahead of the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.

The 11-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro is known to be a supporter of former President Donald Trump and has previously endorsed him.

He’s since taken a shot at Swift, who recently endorsed Democratic candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris following Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes informing everyone that he wouldn’t endorse a candidate.

“Good take by Mahomes,” he wrote in a tweet.

“I see a lot of celebs trying to influence their audience instead of letting the people think for themselves. If the best choice for them ain’t clear and they’re easily swayed by their fav pop artist, it’s not going to be a good thing.”
