A pair of female fans grabbed people’s attention while the Kansas Jayhawks were losing to the UNLV Rebels on Friday night.

The Jayhawks fell to 1-2 with a 23-20 loss, while the Rebels added to their unblemished record to go 3-0, crafting a disappointing night for the ladies in question.

It might be a long campaign for Kansas in 2024, and it wouldn’t be a surprise should that turn out to be the case. However, that hardly means fans aren’t going into the games brimming with hope.

With UNLV taking a three-point lead off a one-yard touchdown run from Kylin James and a conversion from Caden Chittenden’s kick with two minutes to go in the fourth quarter, things got really bleak for Kansas and their fans.

Cameras caught the aforementioned females looking on in apparent shock several seconds later.

Fans Had A Bit To Say About The Pair Of Kansas Jayhawks Supporters

As you might imagine, some comments came flying in.

“Everyone always reacts like this when they lose. Its like losing isn’t a possibility coming into the game,” someone wisely pointed out.

“why is sydney sweeney shocked kansas sucks,” a user joked.

“Watching your team lose m’lady?” another asked.

“3 years of college football sadness,” a comment read.

We imagine the mood was a lot better when they led 20-16 with five minutes left.

The Jayhawks are scheduled to play West Virginia next and will close September out with a matchup against TCU.

The fans shown here will hope for improved results.

Former NFL Quarterback Brett Favre Lashes Out At Taylor Swift, Accuses Her Of Using Her “Influence” For Foul Reasons

Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre has taken a swipe at pop sensation Taylor Swift for political reasons ahead of the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.

The 11-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro is known to be a supporter of former President Donald Trump and has previously endorsed him.

He’s since taken a shot at Swift, who recently endorsed Democratic candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris following Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes informing everyone that he wouldn’t endorse a candidate.

“Good take by Mahomes,” he wrote in a tweet.

“I see a lot of celebs trying to influence their audience instead of letting the people think for themselves. If the best choice for them ain’t clear and they’re easily swayed by their fav pop artist, it’s not going to be a good thing.”
