Milwaukee Bucks forward Bobby Portis, now in his fifth season with the team, recently experienced a distressing incident. Following a closely contested game that ended in a 114-113 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Portis received shocking news that his home had been burglarized, with several of his valuable possessions stolen.

In a message shared on his X account, Portis expressed the heartbreak of having his home violated while he was on the court after expressing his deep connection to Milwaukee.

What’s good, Milwaukee? Over the last four and a half seasons, I’ve considered Milwaukee as a home. I’ve grown here; I came here as a boy and elevated into a man,” Portis said.

As I said before, this is a place I consider home, so why not make my home a better place? I know we’ve gotten off to a horrible start to start the season, but while I was at my game yesterday, I had a home invasion, and they took most of my prized possessions,” he added.

Alongside his message, Portis released surveillance footage capturing the burglary. The video showed two wearing winter jackets and ski masks breaking the glass on his front door to gain entry. Portis has filed a police report, hoping authorities will help recover his stolen belongings.

Bobby Portis’ Stats This Season

The Milwaukee Bucks may have started the season strong with a victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, but they’ve since hit a rough patch. With Bobby Portis on the roster, the team has faced a challenging stretch, losing five consecutive games. Their most recent defeat against the Cleveland Cavaliers made their record a disappointing 1-5.

In the matchup against the Cavaliers, Portis contributed 10 points and grabbed eight rebounds, shooting 5-for-10 from the field. He has consistently been on the court, playing in all six of the Bucks’ games this season.

Across those games, Portis has maintained an average of 11 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game. The Bucks’ next game is against the Cavaliers on Monday.

The Niners enjoyed a 30-24 win over Dallas in the ‘SNF’ fixture. Quarterback Brock Purdy had a stellar game, completing 18 of 26 passing attempts for 260 yards and a touchdown while showing some surprising athleticism as a scrambler.

Bosa also had an impressive outing as he made life pretty difficult for the Cowboys offensive line, also making three tackles, a sack, and two QB hits.

After the game, he popped up behind Purdy while the QB was being interviewed and pointed to his “Make America Great Again” hat before running toward the locker room.
