Matthiessen is a right-handed pitcher out of Stanford, who was a sixth-round draft pick by the Pirates in the 2019 MLB draft.

Caitlin Clark and teammate Lexie Hull were seen in their best bikinis. One picture showed them both smiling from ear to ear while lounging on a large yellow raft in the water.
