Angel Reese has offered an embarrassed reaction to a photo of herself in UConn gear that recently surfaced on social media.

The Chi Barbie, as she’s known, was one of the best players on the college scene during her time at Louisiana State University and helped the program win a national championship in 2023.

She started her career at Maryland before transferring to LSU in 2022, where she spent two years. But it appears things could have gone very differently, given an old photo of her wearing UConn threads and posing with coach Geno Auriemma.

We can’t say when the photo was taken, but Reese wasn’t all that thrilled to see it surface online.

“let’s put this picture back WHEREVER yall found it 😭😭🤣🤦🏽‍♀️,” she wrote as a quote.

Check her out below:

“WAIT, SO COACH WANTED ANGEL AND NOT CC? 🤣🤣🤣 ITS ALLLL MAKING SENSE NOW 🫣🤭,” a fan wrote in the comments.

“Angel is like the perfect amount of confident and humble to me. She could’ve been dropped this . TUH,” another claimed.

Angel Reese Could Have Played Alongside One Of Women’s College Basketball’s Biggest Stars

Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers were in the same 2020 recruiting class, and had she decided to play for the Huskies, they would have been quite the pairing.

Of course, that’s not how things unfolded, and LSU fans will be happy she chose to become a Lady Tiger despite her links to Connecticut.

Reese has since moved on to the pros and is looking forward to her second year with the WNBA’s Chicago Sky. She will also be playing under a new head coach next season following Teresa Weatherspoon’s dismissal.

ESPN has made a decision on Jason Kelce following his recent altercation with a young Penn State fan.

The former Eagles star had an incident with a Nittany Lions supporter on his way to their game against Ohio State on Saturday that ended up going viral online.

Kelce made an appearance on ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ ahead of the fixture, but it wasn’t a smooth Saturday as he smashed a fan’s phone for asking how he feels about his brother Travis being “f***ot” for dating Taylor Swift, because it’s apparently gay to date women now…

Kelce would grab said fan’s phone, as he was recording him at the time, before smashing it and then asking him, “Who’s the faggot now?”
