Terry Bradshaw was one of the best NFL quarterbacks of his era and is currently one of the best personalities in the NFL media today. As an influential person, fans pay attention to his public political views.

Bradshaw, who won four Super Bowls as a quarterback and is now an analyst for FOX Sports, publically switched from being a Republican to an independent in 2020 after breaking the news to bjtonline.

“I’ve been a Republican, but now I’m a registered independent. I don’t want to alienate anyone, and the minute you say, “I’m a Democrat” or “I’m Republican,” you’re kicking off the other side. I want the best person [in the White House], and I’ll pick the one who’s most like the way I feel,” he said in the 2020 interview.

While Bradshaw may not support either party, he claims he wants what’s best for the country. This time, it was extremely divided, as evidenced by Republican Donald Trump’s win in the Tuesday election.

Terry Bradshaw’s Family Happy For Donald Trump’s Win

While there was a lot of hate thrown Trump’s way after he won the election, it was certainly not coming from Terry Bradshaw’s family, as a few members took to social media to celebrate the Republican’s triumph.

“What an amazing day,” his daughter Erin wrote on her Instagram story. In contrast, his other daughter, Rachel added “Byeeeeeee” and “Cannot wait to NOT see this clown and her pearls ever again,” in reference to Kamala Harris’ loss to Trump.

Bradshaw has been public in the past about some of Trump’s stances, namely kneeling during the National Anthem. “This is America. If our country stands for anything, folks, it’s freedom. People died for that freedom. I’m not sure if our President understands those rights. That every American has the right to speak out also to protest. Believe me, these athletes do love our this great country of ours,” he said.

Bradshaw has his reasons for going independent. However, he has some issues with Trump. We may never know how Bradshaw reacted to his daughter’s posts, but family is family, so we can only hope for the best.

There was a feeling that Jason Kelce might find himself in hot water with the law after snatching and then smashing someone’s phone on Saturday.

Multiple videos surfaced on social media over the weekend showing the former Eagles center being taunted by a fan who was recording him while he made his way to Beaver Stadium for the Penn State-Ohio State matchup.

The person in question, a Penn State fan, was heard asking Kelce, “Kelce — how does it feel that your brother is a [homophobic slur] for dating Taylor Swift?” the fan asked.

Kelce would grab the kid’s phone, smash it, pick it up, and ask him, “Who’s the [homophobic slur] now?”
