The NFL is in full swing, and one of the worst teams in the league is the Los Angeles Rams. Through two weeks, the squad is 0-2 after falling to the Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals, and now things have gotten even worse regarding Cooper Kupp.

Kupp was the league’s best receiver in 2022 when the Rams beat the Cincinnati Bengals at home to earn a Super Bowl 56 ring. Kupp had previously won the coveted receiving triple crown, leading the league in yards, touchdowns, and catches.

Unfortunately, the 31-year-old has been struggling with injuries since his season when he emerged as a top NFL pass catcher. His most recent injury, which he suffered against the Cardinals in a week now, now has a famous sports doctor worried after speculation that he could land on IR.

In the post on X, Doctor Jesse Morse claimed that he was concerned over Kupp’s injury and gave NFL fans a prediction of what the injury could be, ranging from the most severe to the least. Either way, it doesn’t look good.

While pointing out that Kupp left the stadium in a walking boot, Morse added “My guess is that this isn’t a mild sprain, because those comments aren’t consistent with a mild sprain,” which may not be good news for Rams fans.

Morse gave two possible severities of the injury because he believes that it’s a high-ankle sprain. If it were of moderate severity, Kupp could be out for four to six weeks, while a high-severity one would see him out for six to eight weeks.

If worse comes to worse, Kupp will not return until week eight, when the Rams will face off against the Minnesota Vikings at home. The season could be a tough one for fans of the NFC squad.
