Michael Jordan has been trending lately following his latest public sighting.

The former NBA superstar went viral online after being photographed at a UEFA Champions League game between Monaco and Barcelona in France last week, with fans showing concern over his yellowed eyes.

Speculation over a possible liver issue has dominated the conversation over Jordan’s potential health problems. But a close friend of the six-time NBA champion insists he’s fine, although he’s embarrassed.

“He has heard fans concerns and he appreciates the concern but also is a little embarrassed that people are seeing him in this way,” the friend told the Daily Mail.

“He doesn’t want to be remembered by people as looking sick and down and out, the next time we see him, it will be dramatically different and he will look much better, he will bounce back.”

Michael Jordan Has Been Seeing His Doctor

The source also revealed that MJ has been seeing his doctor and that nothing is wrong.

“Mike is OK. He goes to the doctor, he is just getting older and the recent pics are in no way or should be a reason for concern,” they added.

There is nothing wrong with him. Like everyone, we should get a little more exercise and Mike enjoys the life he has made for himself, but there isn’t any hidden illness that he is dealing with.”

This is in line with a doctor’s Reddit post from 2020 which suggests that the NBA legend’s eyes are not jaundiced and the yellow color is simply a result of aging.
