The LSU Tigers fans tried their best to recreate what fans at the University of Texas did, but it failed as they put many people in danger with their actions.

The LSU football-Alabama game was briefly delayed in the third quarter when fans began throwing debris onto the field at Tiger Stadium.

Texas football fans started a trend of throwing trash on the field in protest of calls they disagreed with against Georgia earlier this season. It worked out in their favor.

Everybody predicted that other fans would then start doing the same when they also disagreed with calls.

Tigers fans started throwing debris onto Tiger Stadium’s field on Saturday night in protest of a facemask penalty called against defensive end Sai’vion Jones in the third quarter against Alabama.

The garbage throwing was particularly dangerous for the cheerleaders.

LSU’s cheerleaders had to cover their heads with signs to stop them from being hit in the head.

The LSU Tigers Blew Its College Football Playoff Chances With Blowout Loss

Heading into Saturday, the LSU Tigers knew they needed to defeat the Alabama Crimson Tide.

The winner would earn an inside track to making the 12-team College Football Playoff. The loser would essentially be eliminated from the playoff discussion.

LSU lost badly, falling 42-13 to Alabama in Tiger Stadium.

The Tigers were the No. 15 team in the first edition of the CFP rankings, and now they will most certainly drop even further following the lopsided defeat.

But others that I used to like, and now I’m just like, nah. I’m not sure that they deserve you know. They don’t seem like they put as much work as I thought,” he added.
