Shedeur Sanders was an instrumental part of what was arguably the most thrilling game of the young college football season as he led an insane comeback against Baylor on Saturday night.

The Colorado Buffaloes quarterback threw a Hail Mary pass on the money at the last second to tie things up against the Bears and take the game to overtime, where Travis Hunter came up with an equally impressive defensive play.

The wide receiver/cornerback forced a fumble in the end zone to seal the OT win for CU and help them improve to 3-1 on the season.

“I just trusted God. God just threw it up to God, and God answered the prayer,” Sanders said of his epic throw after the game, per USA TODAY.

However, it appears that there was more than divine intervention at play, as the QB had some Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models rooting for him on the sidelines. Kamie Crawford and Jasmine Sanders (no relation) were seen hanging out near the field while hitting the “Shedeur” watch celebration.

LaJohntay Wester Tells His Version Of The Story After Insane Play With Shedeur Sanders

While Shedeur Sanders will receive most of the credit for the incredible play that sent the game into overtime, it’s all moot without wide receiver LaJohntay Wester forcing separation and getting himself into the perfect spot to make the catch.

“It was a Hail Mary,” Wester admitted. “I was one on one. I just ran down there. I see him (Shedeur) rolling out, and then I see the ball coming my way. As a receiver, your job is to make the quarterback right whether it’s a good ball or bad ball, and I just made a play on the ball.”

The Buffaloes will now look ahead to their matchup against the UCF Knights next Saturday.

Former NFL Quarterback Brett Favre Lashes Out At Taylor Swift, Accuses Her Of Using Her “Influence” For Foul Reasons

Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre has taken a swipe at pop sensation Taylor Swift for political reasons ahead of the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.

The 11-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro is known to be a supporter of former President Donald Trump and has previously endorsed him.

He’s since taken a shot at Swift, who recently endorsed Democratic candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris following Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes informing everyone that he wouldn’t endorse a candidate.

“Good take by Mahomes,” he wrote in a tweet.

“I see a lot of celebs trying to influence their audience instead of letting the people think for themselves. If the best choice for them ain’t clear and they’re easily swayed by their fav pop artist, it’s not going to be a good thing.”
