Patrick Mahomes had all of Chiefs Kingdom worried after going down with an apparent ankle problem against the Buccaneers on Monday Night.
The quarterback did not miss a single snap, however, returning to fire his team to an overtime win over Tampa Bay and take Kansas City’s record to 8-0.
A video from the Chiefs’ practice has since surfaced online, showing Mahomes wearing a heavy layer of tape on the joint.

Fans Wondered Why Patrick Mahomes Was Even In Training This Week
Chiefs fans would have liked it if the QB was given a break this week and sounded off in the comments.
“8-0. Why not give him a week of rest before Buffalo,” one wondered.
“Broncos defense 100% targeting this ankle this weekend,” someone else said.
“Why on earth would they not sit pat for a week.. Seems borderline malpractice,” another comment read.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs will look to improve to 9-0 when they face Sean Payton’s Broncos this Sunday. But there will be some concern over his ankle, especially given his history with such injuries.

Said supporter was pictured in the stands wearing a Devils Jack Hughes jersey, but that was probably the least interesting thing about her as a lower body part caused her to trend on X.
A new set of photos of her showing her assets off has popped up online ahead of the weekend, with one of the accounts posting asking, “Are you a hockey fan?”
