Kayla Nicole has been catching a lot of heat on social media in 2024, so she finally decided to get back to doing what she does best: keeping her body in tip-top shape.
The 33-year-old sports journalist turned fashion influencer took to her Instagram this week to show off her body while sporting a sizzling jet-black workout outfit.
Nicole, who previously dated NFL superstar Travis Kelce before his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift, commented that somebody brought up how she was known for fitness and hasn’t been posting about it.
Kayla Nicole wrote, “Someone commented on my page recently saying, ‘I thought this girl was into fitness and toning.’ LMAO Can’t lie, it struck a nerve. But I had to interrupt that intrusive thought and remind myself that I work out to FEEL good. ‘Looking good’ is just an added bonus. Also that everyone’s idea of toned/fit is subjective, and I don’t have to subscribe to it.”
Nicole continues:
“For years, I hesitated and resisted being in the wellness/fitness space because I felt I wasn’t good enough. So here I am, posting this reel! Me and my perfectly imperfect ‘fit’ body, with MY workout equipment from MY wellness brand @tribetherepe. Because I’m in the business of feel good fitness babe. And proud of it.”
Nicole could be seen walking down steps to a beach in her two-piece black bikini workout set as she gets set to do her workouts for the day.
Over 48,000 people have liked Kayla Nicole’s video, so it’s safe to say it was a success.

In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.
