It seems Malik Nabers had reason to go out and have a great day on Sunday.

Nabers continues to give New York Giants fans a reason for optimism.

The wide receiver continued his stellar rookie season by catching seven of eight targets against the Colts to rack up 171 yards and two touchdowns.

He did all of this damage despite what it meant for the team to win the game. With the win, the Giants went from the number one draft pick to number three.

Many on social media think Malik Nabers had a sinister plan behind his huge game.

“Malik Nabers dominating the Colts so that his team can’t draft a rookie QB high and is then forced to sign Jameis Winston in free agency, who will pummel him with enough targets that he clears 2,000 yards next season.”

Here is how others responded:

“I think this is a good take. I can’t explain or understand why they are trying to win other than the team and players are dumb,” one fan said.

“What if it’s not Jameis Winston, but Sam Darnold?” one fan asked.

“this is my dream scenario as a Giants fan,” another fan added.

“Ball knowing to the maximum level,” a fourth fan stated.

One fan suggested another QB in the scenarios: “If not Lock, we must sign Jameis.”

One final fan summed it up: “Jameis Winston is a WRs best friend. 10,000 IQ play by Nabers.”

Malik Nabers’ Huge Game Cost The New York Giants The No. 1 NFL Draft Pick

It’s no secret that the New York Giants have been bad at winning games this season, but on Sunday, they decided to have their best offensive explosion of the year.

The Giants came into Sunday’s contest with the Indianapolis Colts in position to earn the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft in April.

They just had to lose to a Colts team that needed to win to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Quarterback Drew Lock completed 17 of his 23 passes for 309 yards and four touchdowns, while Malik Nabers was his favorite target as he hauled in seven receptions for 171 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Wan’Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton also found the endzone.

With the Giants’ loss, the New England Patriots can now claim the top pick if they lose to the Buffalo Bills next week.

As of right now, the Giants are in position for the third pick.

The Dallas Cowboys didn’t show much of a fight on the field against the Philadelphia Eagles, but they certainly had some when it came to fighting with their hands.

Tensions flared toward the end of the 41-7 blowout loss, resulting in multiple players’ ejections.

Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Brooks and cornerback Troy Pride Jr. got into a scuffle with Eagles safety Sydney Brown.

Brown of the Eagles slammed Cowboys defensive back Troy Pride to the ground before Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Brooks came running in to join the scuffle.

It led to them being tossed from the game late in the fourth quarter.

All angles of that brawl have been seen until a fan decided to post what he had on film.

One fan was in the tunnel recording right as the players were on top of each other, and the refs struggled to separate everyone.

The excited fan got all of the intense action while going crazy.
