While still on the effects of the medicines, he jumped on his TikTok account from the hospital bed to give his fans a good update about his injury, but surprised everyone as soon as he started recording.
As a well known rap fan, he gave updates by quoting a “Rich Baby Daddy” verse, a track by 6 God, Sexyy Red and SZA. “I still got some love deep inside of me, no need to lie to me, I know you got a guy,” McCain sang. “He’s not a guy to me.”
