However, Las Vegas Aces guard Jackie Young changed that narrative with one move during Tuesday night’s 88-69 victory over the Indiana Fever in Las Vegas. Assigned the task of guarding the Fever’s star rookie, their matchup was intensely competitive. At one point, Clark slipped while driving to the basket and needed a moment to get back on her feet. Noticing this, Young purposely loosened and re-tied her shoelaces while engaging in conversation with Clark, showing a touch of sportsmanship amidst the fierce competition.
