Rejoice, manga readers, as Takeru Hokazono’s acclaimed Kagurabachi manga series is finally getting an official anime adaptation! According to an exclusive interview issued by Toyo Kezai, the production team for this highly-anticipated project has already been set in stone. It will be a co-production between CyberAgent and Shochiku!

Kagurabachi is announced to be animated by CyberAgent’s subsidiary animation studio, CygamesPictures. However, details on what to expect in terms of the release date and from which streaming platforms the project will be available are still not known.

According to readers from all around, the plot might sound simple, but it has some of the most iconic moments in recent years, hailing it as the perfect Shonen revenge story.
