A telecommunications company who had a lot of money invested for advertising during the Olympics has pulled their ads after seeing a ‘repulsive’ fashion show that mocked Christianity and the Last Supper. The fashion show served no purpose at all considering the Olympics are sports related. Many sports fans watching the boats float into town with the athletes from other countries had to look twice as the fashion show even included men in high-heel types of shoes, rather disturbing and definitely had no purpose whatsoever. Many people called it repulsive, a turn-off, and then once Christianity was mocked – that was it for some fans.
Olympic chiefs apologise for 'sleazy' drag Last Supper parody

The telecommunications company that pulled their ads is called C Spire. They’re a large wireless provider in the United States. The company posted this statement on X: “We were shocked by the mockery of the Last Supper during the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics. C Spire will be pulling our advertising from the Olympics.”

Mississippi Governor Tate Reeves commented about it too, saying: “I am proud to see the private sector in Mississippi step up and put their foot down. God will not be mocked. C Spire drew a common-sense, appropriate line.”
